How to handle when jealous people spread rumors about you?

Don’t even for a slightest second be worried about jealous people who think they are trying to mess you or your life by spoiling your reputation with their lies and deceit.

Instead relax focus on your self. Remember jealousy is earned so be happy that people think that you are so good that it is threatening them.

How to handle them? See below

1) Calm down-: Take deep breaths and distract yourself, so that you don’t keep thinking about them.Keep your vibrations high. Their words don’t define you but it definitely defines their karma so forgive them they don’t even know the kind of future they are creating for themselves.

2) Focus-: Remember they want to affect your focus, confidence, success and peace of mind by spreading rumours, don’t let them win. Remain focused on yourself and your path ahead.

3) Belief-: People will believe what they truly want to believe. The ones who know you will not need any explanation from you and the ones who don’t will not believe you, no matter how much explanation or facts you provide. Truth is like an incense the fragrance always spreads.

4) Distance -: Stay away from people and the rumours they are trying to spread about you. You don’t need such toxicity.

5) Patience -: Yes divine justice may take time but it definitely prevails. Focus on your journey and path.

6) Divine intervention, have unshakable faith in the divine that will protect you and your reputation simply say “Dear God, Goddess and Archangel Michael please protect my reputation this or better thank you ”.
